More importantly, I realize that many people forego recommended annual eye health and vision exams for both themselves and their family because they don't have vision insurance. For this reason, Eye Consultants of Colorado has developed a Corporate Vision Care Program.

Here's how the plan works:

Through the ECC Corporate Vision Care Program, all employees of contracted companies, regardless of company size, will receive a 20% savings off our normal and customary fees on all professional vision and eye health services.

• Annual Vision and Eye Health Examination
• Detailed tests for eye disease and disorders
• Exclusive One Year Frame and Lens warranty at no additional charge
• Laser Vision Correction Consultation and Co-management

All participants will also be eligible for 15% savings off all eye care products.

• Fashion Prescription Eye Wear
• Prescription Sunglasses
• Non-Prescription Sunglasses
• One year supply of custom fit Contact Lenses

This is a straightforward savings on quality eye care and eyewear from doctors who have been serving the community for years. This savings applies to all employees and their immediate family. Best of all, it costs the employers NOTHING!. There is no annual membership fee and participation is strictly voluntary.

•	This program does not replace other vision insurance or health insurance. If participants have vision care coverage for services or materials we are required by our contracts with those companies to accept their coverage at their contracted rates.
•	This plan and its benefits are only effective at Eye Consultants of Colorado and may not be transferred to any other practice.
